Hi, I’m Shirley Ramirez, Miss Grand Florida 2025 and a dedicated coach in public speaking, pageantry, modeling, and fitness.With a degree in International Business from Florida International University and experience as an assistant choreographer for renowned productions such as Miss Universe Cuba and Miss Grand USA, I bring a blend of professionalism, poise, and purpose to every session I lead.I’m also a real estate professional and co-founder of The Soul Run Club, a community devoted to wellness and empowerment. Guided by discipline, humility, and authenticity, my mission is to help others embody confidence, from the inside out.

Shirley Ramirez knows what it takes to transform ambition into confidence, whether it is owning the stage, commanding presence in front of the camera, or moving through life with purpose and poise. A proud Dominican-Colombian, twenty-four years old and raised in Miami, Florida, Shirley’s life has been guided by discipline, humility, and authenticity. These values shape every decision she makes and every stage she steps onto. From running ultramarathons at dawn to perfecting choreography late into the night, she has cultivated a foundation of perseverance and resilience that shapes every endeavor she undertakes.She earned a degree in International Business from Florida International University, grounding her in strategy, focus, and determination. For Shirley, discipline has always extended beyond the classroom. A lifelong runner since the age of fifteen, she has embraced the power of consistency, resilience, and community, lessons that carry through every aspect of her coaching and professional life.At nineteen, Shirley discovered pole and aerial arts, and over time her passion for movement expanded to include strength training, flexibility, and group fitness instruction. For the past five years, she has been teaching both the arts and functional fitness, empowering others to cultivate not only physical strength and agility but also confidence, poise, and self-assurance. Movement became more than exercise; it became a pathway to empowerment, and sharing that journey is central to her coaching philosophy.Shirley entered the world of modeling and pageantry with no prior experience, driven by curiosity and dedication. At twenty, she joined BH Talent and Models, refining her craft and eventually representing the Dominican Republic at Miss Hispanic International 2023. This journey opened doors to assist with choreography for Miss Universe Cuba 2024 and Miss Grand USA 2024, while also coaching others in pageantry, runway performance, and public speaking.In 2025, Shirley proudly competed as Miss Grand Florida at Miss Grand USA, earning fifth runner-up and embodying poise, presence, and perseverance at every stage of her evolution.Beyond the spotlight, Shirley embraces the power of pursuing all passions. After college, at twenty-two, she began training as a professional dancer while deepening her involvement in pageant production. She studied ballet, hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary at Show Stopper Studio in Miami, later joining their cast team and performing in showcases. These experiences reinforced her belief that discipline, perseverance, and passion are not merely skills but ways of showing up fully in every area of life.Through every endeavor, Shirley has learned that authenticity paired with unwavering values opens doors that effort alone cannot. She strives to lift others as she climbs, whether in daily life, through service with youth in underserved communities in the Dominican Republic, or as co-founder of The Soul Run Club, a space for empowerment, connection, and personal growth.Guided by purpose, consistency, and community, Shirley’s mission is to help others move, speak, and live with confidence that is deeply rooted, unapologetic, and unstoppable.
